NORFOLK, Va. – A body was found in the water in the 200 block of Waterside Drive in Norfolk.
The individual has been identified as Staff Sergeant Jose Antonio Ramirez, an Airman assigned to the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base.
Dispatchers received the call at 5:04 p.m. Norfolk Police, along with medics, responded to Town Point Park to recover the body.
