PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A man suffered multiple lacerations to his arm after a stabbing in the area of Portsmouth Boulevard and Effingham Street Saturday afternoon.
Police say the victim approached an officer in the 1100 block of Portsmouth Boulevard and the officer gave him medical assistance until medics arrived at the scene.
The victim’s injuries are said to be non-life threatening.
