Virginia Beach firefighters working mulch fire, vehicle fire

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Virginia Beach Fire Department responded to a mulch fire and vehicle fire on Taylor Farm Road on Wednesday evening.

Crews said there is was threat of the mulch fire spreading, but there was a possibility that it could smolder and smoke for a few hours.

The Virginia Beach Fire Department said Thursday that a large mulcher was the vehicle that was burning along with the mulch.

No injuries were reported.
