Coast Guard unit returning after nine-month deployment to Guantanamo Bay

JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - After spending nine-months at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, members of the Coast Guard Port Security Unit 305 are returning home Sunday evening.

The PSU group deployed last February as part of Operation Freedom’s Sentinal.

Unit 305 supported efforts to provide port security, and support military and humanitarian operation in the region.
