VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police are on the scene of a fatal single vehicle crash at Oceana Boulevard.
The call came in on Wednesday at approximately 2:49 p.m.
The southbound lanes of Oceana Boulevard were closed between First Colonial Road and Bell Road. They reopened around 5:15 p.m.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
