NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Call it law enforcement’s version of The Big Dance.
The Newport News Police Department and the Newport News Sheriff’s Office squared off in the In-Touch Community Basketball Tournament Friday afternoon.
The event was organized by Pastor Maxwell of New Beech Grove Church and was sponsored by Ferguson.
As for who emerged victorious, the sheriffs got the bragging rights. Maybe next time, NNPD!
