Cox Communications service restored for Hampton Roads customers

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. – Cox Communications internet and cable services have been restored following a software issue, according to a Cox Communications spokesperson.

“We experienced a software issue that affected service to Internet customers in Hampton Roads,” the spokesperson said.  “While customers still may experience some intermittent issues, service has been restored.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.”
