TANGIER ISLAND, Va. - Researchers told CBS News climate change is one reason Tangier Island is disappearing.
The island is home to about 500 people and residents said erosion is their biggest problem.
They are calling to President Trump's help before it is too late.
CBS News went to the island to hear from the people directly affected.
