VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash on Wednesday afternoon in Virginia Beach.
The incident happened near Pleasant Valley Road and Ferrell Parkway just before 5 p.m.
Investigators say a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta was at the intersection and a 2014 Harley Davidson was traveling eastbound on Ferrell Parkway approaching Pleasant Valley Road.
The Jetta was attempting to make the turn onto Ferrell Parkway when it entered into the path of the motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition.
The investigation is still active. Charges are pending.
