Graffiti found at W&M construction site for second time

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – A site at The College of William & Mary has been vandalized twice in a month.

An official with the college said graffiti has been found at the Millington Hall construction site.

The first incident happened on February 10 and the second was on Wednesday.

Along with many profanities one of the quotes said “TJ owned people.”

The official said both graffiti reports are being investigated.
