VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Over 4,000 Dominion Power customers were without power Sunday morning, according to their outage website.
The website says the outage is caused by a circuit that went out.
As of 12 p.m., 955 customers were without power.
Dominion expects for all customer’s power to be restored between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday.
