VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating a report of a drowning on Thursday.
The possible drowning was reported in the 600 block of South Atlantic Ave. at the Oceanfront.
Virginia Beach Police said the incident appeared to be cardiac arrest-related.
