During the foot chase, an officer received non-life threatening injuries to his back and hands. The officer was treated and released from the hospital.

Mack, 26, was charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol, refusal to take a blood or breath test, disregarding a red traffic signal, disregarding officer’s signal to stop and reckless driving.
