SUFFOLK, Va. – Police and Fire & Rescue crews responded to a crash involving a concrete truck and a freight truck Friday morning.
The incident happened at the intersection of Paper Mill Road and Stewart Drive near the Franklin city line shortly before 9:30 a.m.
The concrete truck rolled onto its side onto the freight truck.
Suffolk Fire & Rescue crews provided emergency medical assessment and treatment and one man was taken to Southampton Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
