Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Warming up again… We will start another big warming trend today. Temperatures will start in the 50s this morning and warm into the mid 70s this afternoon, about 10 degrees above normal. Expect leftover clouds this morning with clearing skies through midday. Rain chances will remain low and winds will stay light.
Highs will warm into the low 80s on Thursday with sunshine for most of the day. A cold front will move through Thursday night, increasing our rain chances overnight. Showers should move out early Friday morning with clouds clearing by midday. Winds will also crank up overnight Thursday and Friday with gusts to 30+ mph possible. Cooler air will move in behind the front for Friday and the weekend with highs back into the upper 50s and low to mid 60s. We should see plenty of sunshine through the weekend and into early next week.

Tropical Update
We are watching a broad area of low pressure located a few hundred miles ENE of the northern Lesser Antilles. Although this system is expected to become non-tropical during the next couple of days, it could acquire subtropical characteristics later this week or this weekend while it moves NNE over the North Atlantic.
