Virginia Beach-native Percy Harvin coming out of retirement to sign with Buffalo Bills

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach-native Percy Harvin is coming out of retirement to finish out the 2016 NFL season with the Buffalo Bills, according to his agent Greg Barnett.

Harvin, a wide receiver, last played for the Bills in 2015, before hitting injured reserve in November with multiple injuries. He retired from the NFL in April at the age of 27.

In the last three years, Harvin has 718 receiving yards and two touchdowns, according to CBS Sports.

Harvin is a native of Virginia Beach and played for Landstown High School. He attended the University of Florida before being drafted in the first round by the Minnesota Vikings in 2009. In addition to the Bills and Vikings, Harvin has also played for the Seahawks and Jets.
