Many local areas under a flash flood watch Friday

Farm equipment knocks down power lines, causes outages and closed roads in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Farm equipment took down Dominion Power and Verizon poles on Wednesday, causing power outages.

About 443 users are without power because of the incident that occurred around 2:30 p.m.

The downed poles are also blocking a portion of Princess Anne Road and because of that the intersection at Indian River Road and Princess Anne will be closed for several hours.
