PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Portsmouth Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday night.
Portsmouth Police Dispatch received a call about the incident at 11:05 p.m. in the 40 block of Swanson Parkway.
When authorities arrived they found a male victim with gunshot wounds and pronounced him dead at the scene. He has been identified as 36-year-old Gregory D. Brown.
The investigation is ongoing.
There is no suspect information at this time.
