Update: Police say Clarence McInnis was found safe near EVMS.

NORFOLK, Va. – Police are looking for a man who suffers from dementia, schizophrenia, and epilepsy.

68-year-old Clarence Edward McInnis left Sentara Norfolk General Hospital against medical advice at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Family members were unable to locate McInnis following his departure.

McInnis is a black male, 5’5″, and weighs 123 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes with facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans.

McInnis was also reported missing in June and was found three days later by Virginia Beach Police.

He goes by the nickname “Uncle Boot” and has a hard time walking unassisted.
