CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Chesapeake Police are investigating a crash Sunday evening that required a man to be flown to the hospital.
Officer responded to the 300 block of Ballahack Road for the single-car wreck around 6:35 p.m. Sunday.
The driver of the car, a 48-year-old man, was the only person involved in the crash. Officers say he struck a utility pole and then a tree.
Nightengale responded to the crash and flew the driver to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.
Chesapeake Police are investigating the crash.
