Norfolk Police investigating Wells Fargo bank robbery

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred around 1 p.m. Monday.

Police say the robbery took place at the Wells Fargo branch located at 2316 E. Little Creek Road.

The robber entered the bank and handed a note to the teller demanding money. After the teller complied, he left the bank before police arrived.

The robber has been described as a black man approximately 5’8″. He was last seen wearing white sunglasses, two hats, blue gloves and blue jeans.

No one was injured.
