VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Have you ever seen local teachers riding bikes through your neighborhood?
If you live in some Virginia Beach areas, you may have recently.
Teachers from Linkhorn Park Elementary got together and rode bicycles through neighborhoods in their school zone.
Principal Barb Sessoms led the staff as they took tours of the neighborhoods and saw how they differed.
They even got the chance to see the bus stops their students go to every day.
