VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Green Run Little League Junior All-Star's were honored at Tuesday's Virginia Beach City Council meeting.
The team went undefeated on their way to winning a state championship in Pound, Va.
They then competed in the Southeast regional tournament, finishing 2nd. Mayor Will Sessoms made a proclamation that August 16, 2016 is "Green Run Little Leauge of 13 Day".
