Star Trek Beyond boldly took me where this man has never gone before: to a Star Trek movie. And you know what? I loved it.
Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto are back as Kirk and Spock. This time they are lured into a rescue mission that turns out to be sabotage that threatens their lives and the Enterprise itself.
The two hour movie flies by. Even for someone like me who'd never seen anything related to Star Trek before, the plot was easy to understand. Fans of the trilogy, like News 3 producer Nic Cutrona, will enjoy "Beyond" as well.
"It was a great two hours of movie watching. Non stop action, back to back, just a great ending to the Star Trek trilogy," he added.
The final ranking: Star Trek Beyond gets 4 out of 5 "Blaines".
