Ocean Breeze holds extended hours for Operation Missed Christmas

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Military service members and their families will be able to celebrate Christmas in July at Ocean Breeze Waterpark on Monday.

On July 25, the park will be exclusively open from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. for military members and their guests.

Even Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will attend the event. A DJ will play festive music during the event.

“Select families that missed spending this past holiday season together due to deployment have also been extended a complimentary opportunity to celebrate the season at Ocean Breeze Waterpark on Monday night. The chosen military families will receive all you can eat catered buffet and Santa will present these little ones with toys, like tricycles!” a spokesperson for the waterpark said in a news release.

The park admission will be just $12.25 plus tax for military members and their families on July 25 after 4 p.m. Members must show their military I.D. at the ticket window.

The park is located at 849 General Booth Boulevard.
