Norfolk, Va. - Downtown Norfolk restaurants are offering some great deals on some delicious food this week.
News 3 is hitting up a different restaurant every day to show you all the great meals you can try during Downtown Norfolk Restaurant Week.
Saffron Indian Bistro is offering three different restaurant week dinner menus, ranging from $25 to $40.
"What we do over here is Indian cuisine. The spices come all the way from India, so when we do it over here we don't just do it on professional standards we do it with our hearts. Like what we do in our home!" says Amolraje Chavan, the chef at the Downtown Norfolk location.
Their restaurant week menu is similar to what you can get there everyday, their tried and true favorite like their cauliflower appetizer and tandoori chicken wings.
"The best part about dining in over here is the aroma coming out of the kitchen," says Chavan. "We don't need cologne or room spray over here. The food aroma just takes over everything."
