PORTSMOUTH, Va. – According to Norfolk Police, a multi-vehicle accident in the westbound Midtown Tunnel blocked all lanes Tuesday evening.
Traffic is moving and lanes are back open.
Injuries with the incident are non-life threatening.
A Fed-Ex truck and Medical Transport Van were involved in the accident.
