Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Nice today, storms tomorrow… Watch out for areas of dense fog this morning, especially for inland Southside and inland NE NC. Some locations will see visibility less than one mile. Expect a nice mix of sun and clouds today with highs warming into the mid 80s this afternoon. Rain chances will start to increase tonight as a cold front moves in. Expect mostly cloudy skies on Tuesday with scattered showers and storms possible throughout the day. A strong to severe storm is possible tomorrow but the “bulls eye” for severe is more for central and northern VA.
A leftover shower or storm is possible on Wednesday as the cold front moves off of the coastline. Storm chances will increase again for Friday and the weekend. Temperatures will be very consistent this week, with highs in the mid 80s, near normal.

Tonight: Partly to Mostly Cloudy, Overnight Showers(20%). Lows near 70. Winds: S 5-10
