NORFOLK, Va. – UFC GYM announced they will be opening their first Hampton Roads location in Norfolk on June 25.
The gym will be located in the former Pier 1 Imports building, located at 5930 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The gym is highlighted by a 24-foot Octagon, plus strength training and cardio machines, battle ropes, agility ladders, bag room, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu studio, large group fitness rooms and other functional training equipment for dynamic workouts.
“We are very proud to be opening the first UFC GYM in Hampton Roads,” said UFC GYM Norfolk franchise owner Lee Holland. “We believe we’ve built the premiere fitness facility in the area, and we’re excited to show off all the features and amenities to the local community. Our coaches are professional caliber athletes with years of experience in an array of training disciplines, eager to share their knowledge and passion with our members.”
Since debuting in 2009, UFC GYM has opened more than 135 locations throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, South America and the United Arab Emirates.
