NORFOLK, Va. – Students at Lake Taylor Middle School were evacuated to Lake Taylor High School for over an hour Thursday morning while authorities investigated a bomb threat.
Norfolk Police and Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to the school to investigate the threat. Lake Taylor Middle students were evacuated to Lake Taylor High School as a precaution while the school was searched.
The school was searched thoroughly and nothing was found.
Students started returning to the school just after Noon.
