The unsettled weather continues….As we move through the next couple of days, we won’t see quite as much rain over the area. But don’t put away your umbrella just yet. We have more rain in the forecast for the weekend.

But as we move through our Wednesday evening, expect mostly cloudy skies. A few isolated showers are possible. Low temperatures will drop into the mid 50s.

On Thursday, we’ll see a good deal of clouds, but at times, especially by the afternoon, we’ll see some peeks of sunshine. A few isolated to scattered showers are still possible, but we’re not expecting a washout. High temperatures will be in the mid 60s.

By Friday, we’ll likely see a bit more sun to the north and more clouds to the south. Again, while an isolated shower is possible, a lot of areas will be dry. High temperatures will warm into the lower 70s.

You’ll definitely need your rain gear on Saturday as an area of low pressure moves toward our area. We’ll see scattered rain and possibly some thunderstorms. A few lingering showers are possible early Sunday. Highs will be in the lower 70s this weekend.

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy. Isolated Showers (20%). Low temperatures in the mid 50s. Winds: NE 5-15 mph.

Thursday: More Clouds Than Sun. Isolated Showers (25%). High temperatures in the mid 60s. Winds: N/NE 5-15 mph.

Friday: Clouds and Sun. Isolated Showers (20%). High temperatures in the lower 70s. Winds: E 5-10 mph.
