NORFOLK, Va. - The Chrysler Museum of Art hosted Edward Burtynsky: Water. The exhibit was a worldwide photographic journey into the resource, water. The artist stated, "Water is not optional. As a liquid, it's the ultimate thing that provides for life. If it's missing, humans have to leave that area. It's as simple as that."

The Blue Planet forum was a discussion hosted at the museum about the impact water has in Hampton Roads. Speakers included Jeff Corbin, a former Senior Advisor of the Environmental Protection Agency and Peyton Robertson the Director of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

A reception followed.
