CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Great Bridge High School has been selected by Vans as a Top 50 finalist in their Vans Custom Culture design competition.

The competition is a national contest allowing students to creatively express themselves while also supporting arts education.

As part of the competition, each participating school created four custom designs to represent the Vans “Off The Wall” lifestyle (Action Sports, Music, Art, Local Flavor) using blank Vans classic footwear as the canvas.

Great Bridge was the only Virginia school to make it into the Top 50.
