YORK-POQUOSON, Va. – An elementary school student in Poquoson says that two men tried to abduct him after he got off of the school bus on April 21.
Police spoke to the child who says that he got off of the bus at the intersection of Browns Neck Road and Phillips Road. He says an unmarked green work van with orange spray paint on the rear doors drove up to him on Phillips Road and two men got out.
He says that the passenger grabbed one of the shoulder straps of his book bag that he was wearing on his back. He says he pulled away and started to run home.
The van then left going west on West Neck Road towards Hunts Neck Road.
Th driver is described as a white male who stands about 5’9″ 160 tall. He had short orange hair and was wearing a black top and green short pants.
The passenger of the van is described as a white male who also stands 5’9″ tall, is 160 pounds with blonde hair, he was wearing glasses and was wearing a black t-shirt and grey pants.
Police are continuing to investigate this case.
