Tracking cold, windy weather for the weekend....Bundle up! We're tracking much colder weather through the weekend. High temperatures will climb into the low and mid 50s today. However, it will feel much colder because of the wind. In fact, the winds will blow in from the southwest between 20 and 30 mph, with gusts up to 40 mph.  There will also be a chance of rain this afternoon and evening as an area of low pressure moves over the viewing area. We are not expecting a complete washout. Otherwise, we'll see partly sunny skies. As even colder weather moves in tonight, a few snowflakes could mix in with the rain for communities along the Peninsulas and the Eastern Shore, but little to no accumulation is expected. Winds will crank up even more tonight, with gusts up to 45 mph.

With bitterly cold air in place Sunday morning, we'll start the day with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. It will continue to be a cold and breezy through the day, with high temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. We'll see plenty of sunshine on Sunday.

The sun will stick around on Monday with high temperatures in the 70s. Highs will be in the 70s on Tuesday, too, with showers and storms in the forecast.

Today: Clouds and Sun. Isolated to Scattered Showers (30%). Windy and Cool. High temperatures in the low and mid 50s. Winds: W/NW 20-30 mph, gusts to 40.

Tonight: Partly Cloudy Skies. Chance of Showers/Snowflakes (30%). Low temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Winds: NW 25-35 mph, gusts to 45.

Tomorrow: Mostly Sunny. Breezy and Cold. High temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Winds: NW 10-20 mph.
