Norfolk, Va. - Old Dominion University says their police force is looking into Nazi fliers found posted on campus.
According to ODU's student newspaper, Mace & Crown, multiple fliers were spotted over the weekend on monorail poles between the Engineering Systems and Education Building.
The fliers say "Old Dominion University--You have been visited by the AtomWaffen Division. Join your local Nazis! Find us at ironmarch.org."
ODU emailed NewsChannel 3 with the following statement:
ODU police have been notified and are actively investigating. The University community is proud of its diversity and stands united in denouncing acts intended to create divisiveness.
Mace & Crown staff say they were able to find two fliers posted earlier, but were unable to locate any other locations with similar fliers.
