Chilly and breezy today, then warmer and sunny for the weekend....Get ready for quite a chill as we move through this Friday. A quick moving cold front will slide through the area today, giving way to chilly, breezy weather as we go through the day. In fact, high temperatures will be in the upper 40s. But it will feel colder thanks to breezy westerly between 15 and 20 mph. We'll likely see plenty of sunshine with a few clouds from time to time. An isolated sprinkle or snow flurry could also develop, especially for our northern communities.
Tonight, expect mostly clear skies with low temperatures in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
This weekend, we're expecting plenty of sunshine as high pressure builds in just south of the area. High temperatures will be in the low and mid 50s. By Sunday, highs will climb into the low and mid 60s. The 60s will stick around into next week. Another chance of rain moves in by the middle of the week.
