Virginia Beach, Va. – A man is in the hospital recovering after police say a woman stabbed him on the Oceanfront.
Calls came in at 2:56 p.m. about the incident that happened in the 3600 block of Atlantic Avenue at a hotel there.
Police are not sure what kind of weapon was used.
The man was stabbed in the upper body.
He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. They are not considered life-threatening.
Police have charged Nicole Renee Scott, 30, with Felonious Assault and Assault & Battery – Family Member.
Scott is being held in the Virginia Beach city jail on no bond.
