Gloucester, Va. – Devin Shawn Parker was charged with three counts of indecent exposure after he exposed himself to three women, according to police.
Police say the charges were related to three incidents that happened in a Walmart parking lot.
Parker, 22, asked the victims for directions, then exposed his genitals to them.
The incidents happened once on January 4 and twice on January 5 at the same Walmart parking lot.
All victims were female and Parker didn’t try to make physical contact with them.
Parker was arrested and held on a $3,000 secured bond.
