Wednesday’s VIPIR Forecast: Small step warmer

Not as cold or windy… Expect another cold morning but not as cold and not as windy as yesterday. Temperatures range from the 20s inland to the 40s on the Outer Banks this morning. We will warm into the upper 40s this afternoon, near normal for this time of year. We will still have a little northeast wind today but not as strong or gusty as yesterday. Expect a nice mix of sun and clouds today with very slim rain chances. The warming trend continues for Thursday with highs in the mid to upper 50s. Expect more clouds tomorrow with isolated showers possible. Highs will warm to near 60 for the end of the work week with more rain possible for Friday.
