Virginia Beach, Va. - One man is in custody after an assault near Town Center in Virginia Beach.
Calls came in at around 9:39 p.m. about the victim at Constitution Drive and Bonney Road. The man was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say this all started as an altercation between two men.
It has not been confirmed yet if a weapon was used to cause the minor injuries.
This case is still under investigation.
