Vehicle catches fire in Virginia Beach Target parking lot

Virginia Beach, Va. – A vehicle caught on fire in a Target parking lot, according to dispatchers.

The incident happened at the Target on Upton Drive Monday morning.

The owner was in the store at the time of the fire.

There have been no reported injuries.
