Patrick Rockey’s Live VIPIR Forecast
What you see is not what you get this week.
We are starting off the work week with plenty of clouds and showers. But sunshine will be our dominant weather feature this week!
An area of low pressure making its way up the coast will bring us showers Monday evening and early on Tuesday. Some of the rain could be heavy at times. In fact most of us will see at least an inch of rain and some of us could see twice that!
But most of the rain should end by early on Tuesday. We will still have plenty of clouds throughout the day and a slight chance at a stray shower. It will be a mild day with highs in the upper 60s and the lower 70s.
Sunshine returns for Veterans Day on Wednesday. It’ll be another mild one with high temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s once again.
Expect a few more clouds on Thursday with a slight chance at a stray shower as a cold front pushes in our direction. We will enjoy high temperatures in the low-to-mid 70s with a 20% chance for rain.
Behind that cold front temperatures drop a bit on Friday and a lot more as we head into the weekend.
Expect high temperatures on Saturday and Sunday only in the mid-to-upper 50s despite abundant sunshine.
