Virginia Beach-based blogger talks about this weekend’s NekoCon in Hampton

The NekoCon anime convention is happening in Hampton this weekend! The convention is a three-day event held during the first weekend in November that celebrates anime and Japanese culture.

The event features art, costumes, games, and competitions. There are also panels, guest speakers and workshops.

One of this year’s panelists is Virginia Beach-based blogger Jamie Broadnax of She’s an expert on pop and geek culture and according to her bio, loves social media and live-tweeting TV shows.

She even enjoyed our superhero anchor shots during her visit to the studio!
