Virginia Beach, Va. – When it comes to luck, this man sure has lots of it.

After a Virginia Beach man won $1 million dollars nine years ago, this week he hit it big again for $500,000.

Ken Osborne won the Money, Money, Money game, which is a scratch ticket.

He bought the winning ticket at the 7-Eleven at 3908 Atlantic Avenue.

Osborne went to the store with a co-worker who wanted to purchase a soda at the store near where they both worked.

He scratched the ticket in the store.

“We did a quick double-take,” he said. “We got real quiet!”

He says he has no plans for his winnings. He says he bought a home with his previous winnings.

“I didn’t do anything crazy,” he said as he claimed his latest prize.
