Upon arrival, officers met with the suspect, Brian Wise, to inquire about an earlier assault which occurred at the residence, police say.

Wise told police he was "catfished" earlier that day. Officers attempted to take Wise into custody for an Emergency Custody Order because he was a danger to others, they say.

Wise stood up from his chair and began to assault one of the police officers at the residence, according to police.
