Hot and humid… It’s a warm and muggy morning with temperatures in the 70s. Highs will climb into the low 90s this afternoon, not record setting but about 10 degrees above normal. It will feel even hotter with the humidity. Expect heat index values in the mid to upper 90s this afternoon. We will see partly cloudy skies again today with an isolated shower or storm possible. Heat and humidity continues for Friday and Saturday. Both days will see highs in the low 90s with heat index values in the mid to upper 90s.

Partly cloudy skies with an isolated shower/storm chance will continue for Friday. The chance for showers and storms goes up for the weekend as a string of fronts settles in from the north. Highs will slide back into the 80s for Sunday and early next week.
