Columbus, Ga. - A Virginia Beach local helped the James Madison University club softball team earn the 2015 NCSA World Series National Title in Columbus, Georgia.
Cara Headrick, a 2012 Ocean lakes grad and varsity softball player for the Dolphins was out on the field playing short stop for the Dukes.
JMU took on the University of Florida in the championship game and came out with a win and a big trophy to bring back to Harrisonburg.
