Monday’s VIPIR Forecast: Sunny and warm

Posted
and last updated

Sunny and warm… Expect plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures to start off the work week. Highs will climb back into the low 80s today with just a few clouds mixing in with the sunshine. We will see more of the same for Tuesday. Temperatures will slip back into the 70s for the second half of the week. We are keeping a close eye on an area of low pressure that will form off of the Southeast coast. This system has the potential to form into a tropical system later this week. As of now, the low is projected to drift onshore over the Carolinas. The exact track and development of this system will greatly impact the forecast for the end of the week. Stay tuned for updates.
