Norfolk, Va. – Thousands went and still are without power early Sunday morning.
According to Dominion Power, a wire went down around 10:15 a.m. on 40th and Powhatan, near Old Dominion University’s campus. Leaving 14,000 customers without power.
Power has since been restored to all but 133 customers. Crews are currently on site, and say power should be fully restored by 2:30 p.m.
